Make a Payment To make a payment, click on the “Payment for midwifery services” button. In the next screen, simply enter the number of dollars you wish to pay and enter your credit card information. Your credit card will be processed for us by PayPal as a “donation,” the shopping cart button they supply which allows you to enter any amount for your card to be charged. Only the amount we receive, minus the PayPal fees, will be applied to your account. Thank you!
