Please contact us to discuss the fees for your delivery.
Our standard services include:
- Prenatal Care
- Labor coaching and delivery by the midwife and her assistants
- At least three postpartum visits including breastfeeding support
- The newborn physical Including newborn screen and hearing screen
- Primary well baby health care
- A six-week check-up for both mother and baby.
Our standard services and fees do not include:
- Lab work
- Pre or post partum doula service
- Any additional childbirth education classes
- Prenatal vitamins
- Room & board, while you are here
- Any hospital charges
The fee to The Farm Midwives should be paid in-full by your 36th week of pregnancy.
When we accept you into our service there is a $500 non-refundable deposit. First visits are $300 which is applied toward the total birthing fee.
Checks for midwifery services should be made out to The Farm Midwives.
Payment for vitamins should be made out to The Farm Clinic.
Payment for lab work should be made out to the lab that is doing your lab work.
You will be expected to pay for vitamins or lab work at the time these services are provided.

Insurance
If you have insurance, we can provide you with a “super bill” (an itemized list of costs, fees and the services provided) after your baby is born, so you can file for the insurance yourself.
Note: In the past we have used a billing service, but found that you will get more money back if you do the filing yourself.
